What a professional and fun team. First want to recognize DaLonna because I would not have received my appointment without her support and patience. My dentist referred me to Dr. Hirschman but when DaLonna called (at least 3 times) she received very conflicting info. After many attempts on Thursday morning my appt was confirmed thanks to her! When I got to the office my pain was a 9 out of 10..... when I left it was a 0 out of 10. How could I not be happy and relieved as I had been dealing with this pain for 5 full days.

From the very beginning, of making the appointment to arriving home and receiving a follow-up call to see how I was doing...I cannot say a thing negative about my experience. Who likes to go get a root canal?? This my first and hopefully my last, but if I had to get another one, there is no second guessing who I would see. Dr and his entire staff made my experience FUN...I was very frightened not knowing what to expect and as it turns out....I had a great time. Office is very clean, up to date technology, caring and thoughtful staff. No billing surprises at the end. A negative and painful beginning ended up pain free with a smile on my face.
